Deniz kum ve havuzu güzeldi. Oda temizlikleri güzeldi. Aktivite olarak biraz daha fazla aktivite olabilir sadece canlı müzik vardı 1 gün da çocuklara yönelik biraz daha fazla eğlence olabilir.

Tatil için otel seçiminde önceliğinizin ne olduğu çok önemli. Ben kendi deneyimimdeki olumlu ve olumsuz durumları paylaşacağım. Sizlere de kendi tatiliniz için seçeceğiniz otel konusunda fikir olur. Öncelikle denizi çok güzel hemen derinleşmiyor, girişi kum, aşırı dalgalı değil. Ben çocuğum ile birlikte çok rahat ettim. Havuzda can kurtaran var. 9 yaşındaki çocuğumu rahatlıkla havuza birakabildim. Havuz 3 bölümden oluşuyor. Yetişkin havuzu, kaydıraklı havuz ve bebek/çocuk havuzu. Otelde en beğendim personel hizmetiydi. Aşırı güler yüzlüler, öğünler esnasinda sürekli boşalan bardak ve tabaklarinizi topluyorlar, her dk otelin her alanina gelip otelimizden memnunmusunuz, bir isteğiniz var mi? Diye soruyorlar. Özellikle Sude hanım, Yasemin hanım ve İbrahim bey ekstra ilgililerdi. Onlara ayrica teşekkür ediyorum. Otel sorumlularindan Necati bey de yaşadığımız minik aksakliklar da hızlı çözümlerini ve ilgisini hiç eksik etmedi. Biz 3 gece 4 gün konakladik. Bu süre zarfinda odalarin temizlikleri günlük yapıldı. Eğlence durumuna gelince 3 gecenin 1 gecesi canlı performans ve miniklere özel program yapıldı. Diğer 2 gece eğlenceli ve hareketli müzik açıldı. Gelelim olumsuz yaninlarina mutfak bölümünden çok büyük beklentiniz olmasin. Sabah kahvaltisi çok çeşitli değil. İkramlik saatinde tuzlu tatli kuru pasta, kek, kavun ve karpuz var. Bide hamburger sipariş üzeri yapılıyor. Öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinde 1 çeşit çorba pirinç pilavi, bulgur pilavi ve makarna hep vardi. Yanlarinda 2 çeşit sebze yemeği 2 çeşit tavuklu yemek 2 çeşitinde 1 i kiyma biri etli yemek. 4 günde 2 kez izgara cikti. Biri kiyma kebabi digeri tavuk kanat izgara idi. (Biz 4 gün kalacağımız için açık büfe çeşiti veya lezzeti ilk siralamam da değildi. Aç kaldim diyemem her öğünde kendime göre tabaklar yaptim.) Tatlilar ilk gün cok hoşuma gitmemişti. Sonraki günler çikolatalı ve şerbetli tatlilarda güzel çeşitler cikti. Son olarak en güzel şey otel sorumlularinin oteli gelistirme çabalari var. Bu sebeple sürekli memnun olunmayan durumlari öğrenip bunun üzerine çözüm bulma yoluna girip daha iyisi yapmak için çaba gösteriyorlar. Bu da bence hizmet sektöründeki bir işletme için en önemli durumlardan biri diye düşünüyorum. Ben kendi deneyimlerimi tüm detayları ile sizlerle paylaştım. Umarım faydalı olmuştur. Oteli deneyimlemeye karar veren bütün müşterilere şimdiden iyi tatiller diliyorum. Ben ailemle birlikte güzel bi tatil yaptım. Umarım sizlerintatili de çok güzel geçer. ;)

Otelin eski halini biliyorum otel bakımsız kalmış eksikleri var malzemeler geç geliyor. Personel güler yüzlü sıcakkanlı otel tek kurtaran çalışanlar şuan. Yemek kalitesi düşük. Otel güzel bir koyda merkezi.

Otel 5 yıldızlı ama akşam yemeği yoktu. Son anda değişiklik yaptık başka otele geçtik. Otelde 2. Kattan itibaren tadilat vardı resepsiyon tadilat var dedi. İptal ettiler ama erken uyanmak hoş değil. Otel eski ve temiz değildi.
